How It Works

Starting therapy can feel daunting — I make the process simple:
  1. Free 10-minute introduction call – a chance to see if we’re a good fit
  2. 1.5-hour assessment session – understanding your needs and goals
  3. 50-minute sessions – usually weekly
  4. Short or long term therapy available, depending on your needs
