Meet Natasha

Hi, I’m Natasha – a therapist with a background in both teaching and creative arts, and someone who believes that growth can happen best when it’s met with kindness, understanding, and (sometimes) a bit of humour.

Before moving into therapy, I spent years working in schools, supporting children and young people of all ages – including those with special educational needs (SEN) and those navigating particularly vulnerable situations. I also spent many years in law enforcement, navigating difficult situations and supporting distressed and vulnerable individuals. That experience gave me not only professional skills, but also real insight into the challenges that individuals face every day.
A safe space to explore, heal, and grow
Meet Natasha

My therapy practice brings together these threads of experience:

ADHD insight – informed by lived experience and professional learning, I offer an understanding approach for children, parents, and adults managing ADHD

Neurodivergence awareness – I work with a deep respect for the diverse ways people think, feel, and experience the world, supporting clients to recognise and embrace their unique strengths.

Parental support – whether you’re navigating the rollercoaster of raising children or simply need space to reflect, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space.

Creative arts therapy – because healing doesn’t always come through words alone. I integrate creativity into sessions with art-based therapeutic approaches, helping clients express themselves in different ways.

Professional background – having previously worked within law enforcement in central London, I’ve supported a wide range of people — often traumatised or vulnerable as a result of their experiences — which continues to inform my compassionate, grounded approach to therapy.

Warmth, humour, and practicality sit at the heart of how I work. Therapy with me isn’t about jargon or judgment – it’s about making you feel safe, supported, and (when needed) gently challenged.
